Exciting Developments at Milagro del Mar

March 2010 - The crown jewel of Gran Pacifica, Milagro del Mar Beach Club, is taking shape before our eyes. All sub-foundations, foundations and grade beams are complete on the main building. Construction teams are working on the second level of the main building, putting in walls, columns, beams, block walls and slab floors. We anticipate reaching roof level in mid-2010, and have selected and priced windows, doors and other exterior features to be ready to install at that time. We’ve already contracted for the stucco finish and balustrades, we’re simply waiting for the right time to begin that process.

The Milagro del Mar site plan has been redesigned and the new Master Plan finalized. The final course for the waterway has been laid out and graded. Other changes should be complete by the end of February. Things are moving ahead at a very pleasing pace; it’s exciting to see the day to day progress.

Inquiries, reservations and sales have all jumped as we watch the vision become a gorgeous reality. If you haven’t visited recently, or haven’t decided about buying, now is a great time to schedule your personal tour of the property!

Set to Go with Milagro del Mar’s Water Feature

August 2009 - The hallmark feature of Milagro del Mar will be its beautiful water cascade. From a shallow infinity pool at the upper level, a waterway dotted with decorative islands and picturesque footbridges pours into a larger infinity pool by the beach, with inset tables and a swimup bar.

In early August, we assembled our team of designers and contractors to put the final touches on the plans for the waterway, pools and poolside restaurants. We’re ready to break ground and start construction!

Construction Is Steady at Milagro del Mar

July 2009 - We are working on the final stages of the first floor foundation, and are ready to start on the pools, waterway and restaurant. The site may look messy for a while to visitors, but we think it’s beautiful. All the rocks and lumber and ongoing construction are moving us toward opening the first phase in late 2010.

Nicaragua's Premier Ocean Front Luxury Condominiums

February 2009 - We are in the middle of grading the waterway and beach restaurant. We have steel and concrete in place and are working on the vertical components of the three Main Buildings. The concrete batch plant built by our general contractor, Coperco de Nicaragua, S.A. is fully operational and we have at least 10 pieces of heavy machinery and concrete mixer trucks moving around the property six days a week. The construction offices are fully operational and we have around 60 guys working. Estimated completion of Phase I now stands at late-2010.

We have completed detailing the plans for the beach restaurant and pool and will soon have a final rendering of the entire waterway.
