La Clinica at Milagro del Mar:
Providing Peace of Mind

At Milagro del Mar, your security and comfort always are key concerns. For that reason, we have plans and relationships in place for an on-site medical clinic to ensure the health and wellness of our residents and guests. The clinic’s professional staff will provide first aid and minor medical services, as well as emergency services that include transportation, when necessary, via helicopter to an excellent, fully staffed medical facility.

“We all know that medical care sometimes can be necessary when away from home,” says Carolyn Keeling, who has lived in Nicaragua since 2007. “We want to make certain everyone at Milagro del Mar can feel comfortable that assistance is readily available if any medical need should arise.”

In addition to the on-site clinic, the staff at Milagro del Mar maintains communications and working relationships with area medical facilities to ensure availability of services and timely response. This includes the highly regarded Hospital Metropolitano Vivian Pellas in Managua, which is one of only four hospitals in Central America accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI), the international arm of U.S.-based The Joint Commission.
