Hunter Blair has been building custom homes since 1995. Hunter Blair was ranked tenth among the top 75 home builders in the US by BUILDER Magazine for two consecutive years. In addition, we have been selected by Southern Living magazine to participate in the Southern Living Custom Home Program; a program offered to only a select list of 100 builders in the United States.
Our first visit to Nicaragua was to scout a location for a vacation home, but we quickly fell in love with the country and wanted to be a part of the growth we saw there. Once we met Mike Cobb and the rest of the ECI Development team behind Gran Pacifica, we knew we had found the focus for our efforts. Our goal has always been to use our industry experience and design expertise to create beautiful new homes and neighborhoods for our clients. Gran Pacifica represented a great opportunity in that regard, and the ECI team quickly agreed to our vision for Milagro del Mar.

From initial design to completed construction, we treat your home as if it were our own. We made Nicaragua our permanent home in 2007. As business owners, we've always believed it's important to be involved in our community. We quickly discovered that social and environmental responsibility have a much more immediate impact here. We are on the Board of Directors of the Hope and Development Foundation and are proud to be founding sponsors of NYBSA, a youth baseball and softball organization. In addition we are involved with Community Refund, and SCORE International.
