The developers of Gran Pacifica and their corporate partners are committed to creating value through socially responsible development. One example of that commitment is the Hope and Development Foundation.
The Hope and Development Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Gran Pacifica Resort and Milagro del Mar Beach Club. Representatives work with local civic leadership to identify opportunities for authentic humanitarian outreach, and the resort invests significant resources to further these goals. The Foundation assists people in the region surrounding Gran Pacifica through education, vocational training, job opportunities and improved health. With a focus on the town of Villa El Carmen, Hope and Development partners with international and local agencies to help the community develop sustainable programs and business initiatives to promote a higher quality of living.
